ABOUT US
Fresh Gatherings Cafe + Farm is a student-run cafe operated by the Culinary Program and Department of Nutrition & Dietetics at Saint Louis University. Our goal is to be the gold standard of dining on SLU’s campus by providing our community with fresh made meals from scratch daily. We partner with local farms and vendors from the St. Louis and Illinois area to offer our customers with the highest quality ingredients available. Our menu rotates seasonally allowing you to enjoy a variety of hot and cold breakfast items, full service coffee and espresso bar, grab ‘n’ go items, and daily lunch specials. Stop by and see us and join in our pursuit of delicious food and elevated dining right on campus.
THE TEAM
Our team, which is overseen by members of Saint Louis University’s Nutrition and Dietetics faculty, is comprised of students from a diverse range of majors and culinary backgrounds. We take pride that our kitchen is a space that fosters creativity, educational opportunities, and encourages teamwork in order to share our culinary explorations with our customers.

SLU MEAL SWIPES
Meal Swipes are honored from 10:00 - 2:00 at both our Allied Health Building and Education Union locations. Purchase any item(s) at Fresh Gatherings Cafe + Farm with a Meal Swipe up to $7. Anything over $7 can be paid for using flex, cash, or card. Students may use ONE meal swipe per day at ONE location.

Fresh Gatherings Cafe is located on the ground level of the Allied Health Building on Saint Louis University’s Medical Campus. Certified service animals are welcome. University bathrooms are available for customer use. Baby changing stations are available in the restrooms.

We offer vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options. Allergens including dairy, eggs, fish, gluten, peanuts, soy, and tree nuts are used in our kitchen, therefore, we can not guarantee that menu items are free from cross-contamination, however, we try to ensure all products are clearly labeled.
